Individual therapy is a great way to work on yourself. This includes working towards personal goals, setting boundaries and developing coping strategies to improve your emotional wellbeing.
Couples therapy is a safe space for couples to address reoccurring areas of friction, feelings of disconnection, an affair, lack of sexual intimacy or simply improve communication.
Family is not specific to blood but rather a group of people who care about each other and consider themselves family. Family therapy is focused on the unit and not the individual. It is a way to help families find new ways to address acute or long-standing challenges such as but not limited to illness, mental health, alcohol/substance misuse and trauma. It is also a place for families to learn how to navigate transitions including blending of families or a separation.
