To best support our clients we have grounded our therapy in 3 core values.
We see you as the expert – the expert of your own lived experiences. We won’t tell you how to live your life because we believe effective therapy involves grouping between clinicians and clients. It consists of an understanding that while we may have the tools, you alone can determine its effectiveness. We strive to ensure that our clients are equal participants, that they understand their therapeutic plan and that the relationship is led with transparency.
You don’t have to wait until something is wrong to start therapy. A building only stands firm when its foundation is strong. We commit to working with our clients no matter where they are in their journey. We commit to laying the foundation for our clients to ground themselves in themselves and not in external factors – allowing them to be stable and calm even in challenging situations.
We take our responsibility to our clients and continued growth seriously. As clinicians, effective therapy means accepting that there is always room for improvement. The practices in therapy today may not make the cut in 5 to 10 years. At GRO, we will never be satisfied with the status quo. Thus, we commit to exploring and being open to new ways to help our clients grow and develop.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but we hope to provide you with a warm and supportive environment. Here are some commonly asked questions about working with us.
Each individual moves at their own pace and thus, the number of sessions will vary.
In the beginning, it may be helpful to have the first few sessions on a weekly and/or bi-weekly basis. This frequency helps the therapist-client relationship to form and helps gain traction. Once this happens, we can together decide what frequency best meets your needs.
The first session is structured. This is when we take time to review the details of your intake form and decide where we foresee our future sessions going. It is also the time where you can ask clarifying questions.
Presently, we accept debit/credit card, e-mail transfers and direct billing to insurance providers listed on TelusHealth and ProviderConnect.
Yes, however spots are limited. Feel free to ask during the Meet & Greet.
Presently, all our services are offered virtually.
